Italisa Inaugurated the new paint spraying line

    In October 2023 Italisa Vietnam invested in a surface treatment workshop with 2 independent automatic paint lines and an automatic powder paint spraying line with a total investment of 635,000 USD.

   Expected to go into official production in January 2024.

    Pretreatment: Degreasing with ultrasonic waves + Water rinse 2 + Coating + Water rinse 2 + Oxidizing + Water rinse with ultrasonic waves + Water rinse 2 + Automatic air blowing + Drying

    Paint technology process: Pretreatment + Dust cleaning + Primer painting + Smoothing + Surface painting + Fixation (efficiency 800-1000pcs/hour, currently mainly producing translucent, matte, and white porcelain-coated products...)

    Powder paint technology process: Pretreatment + Dust cleaning + Powder painting (efficiency 1600-2000pcs/hour, mainly producing glossy black, matte black, glossy white, matte white products)
